FUEL POLISHING

The fuel polishing process is made up of a De-bug unit, the UV light, filter and separator. We will run the fuel through the system a minimum of 3 times to ensure a through clean and polish.

1. When we set the rig up the engineer will take great care to ensure that all connections are secure.
2. As the diesel passes through the polishing system it will pass through 2 de-bug units, a UV light, a system that separates out the water, lastly it all goes through a 1 micron filter.
3. The on-site setup on the rig takes about an hour and a half with another hour at the end to disassemble and clean-up.
